The ambience & upkeep of the project was another reason to attract us.Initially we took a space of 6000 sq. Ft. & Now we have added another 6000 sq. Ft. Of office space. Appreciate the staff & the management for their unconditional support.
I was looking to make an investment in commercial property in order to earn a regular monthly rental income for a lifetime. The Double height showrooms of Guildford Square seemed to be the best choice. I made this choice after I surveyed almost every project of Tricity . The price per square feet was the least amongst all the projects and practically no loading with ample parking space in ground and basement. The project has road connectivity from both the sides. During my visit I saw the construction in full swing and I found the quality of construction very good.
